great location big mattress
I loved this hotel! The location was fantastic. Everything was so close! I got excellent room service, it was quick. The mattress was very big. I slept very well.
The lobby was really busy and every interaction at reception involved a long queue. I had to wait a lot!

The location was perfect. Close to many attractions, restaurants and bars! The bus stops right outside the hotel. I found it very easy to move around. The harbour and beach were within walking distance.

The location was very convenient, being near everything I needed . The fitness room was a great feature. It is open 24 hours a day, which suited my schedule perfectly. I also appreciated the good breakfast provided each morning .
Upon arrival, I encountered a waiting period for check-in, lasting about 20 minutes. I found this to be a less than ideal start to my stay.

The business suite was so beautiful and spacious. the staff were so kind. They were always smiling. the beds are comfortable. the room and the rest of the hotel were unbelievably clean!!!
I had to wait about 20 mins to get booked in. That was a poor start. i was early so i didn't expect to get checked in, but my room was ready, so i got straight in. it was still a poor start from the hotel.

i booked a premium sea view room, it had an excellent view of the sea. the housekeeping was first class, they always made the room look new every day! staff were friendly, especially the level staff who provided top marks service.
i requested a quiet room before arriving, however, i was given a room right over where functions are held. there was loud music, and people talked until the early hours. the shower from the room above leaked through the ceiling into our room. i was not offered to move, and i only received a bar of chocolate as an apology.

the hotel was close to the beach that was acceptable
i was not happy with my room it was not clean i found a bogey on the tv screen also there was a squashed fly on the wall next to the bed the pool area closed early disrupting my stay because of a wedding

fine view special staff perfect location new wristbands
This was my first time staying and it meet my expectations, again. My room, a Marina View Room on the fifth floor, had nice views, especially at night when the boats lights was reflecting off the water. One special thing about this hotel is its staff and location. The location is perfect. Near the beach and restaurants. The new wristbands works well. I found the wristbands practical.
I find the lack of free water bottles in room a little irritating. I think water should always be provided, specially with the price of the stay. This is the only thing i can think off.
